The headstock bearing the decal logo Fender STRATOCASTER / WITH SYNCHRONIZED TREMOLO / ORIGINAL / Contour / Body, the neckplate stamped -20701, the custom blue color finish, with original hardshell case bearing a label inscribed FENDER STRATOCASTER 1957 BLUE - GOLD PARTS #20701 and SERIAL NO. DG1030; accompanied by facsimile copies of the sales invoice from California Guitar to Mr. Phil Taylor and the UK customs receipt, both dated 1st December 1979, an appraisal certificate signed by Frank Lucido, dated 9th September 1979, a certificate of authenticity signed by George Gruhn, dated 14th September 1979, together with original stamped addressed mailing envelope from Gruhn Guitars, Inc., Nashville, Tennessee, a 1970s blue ribbon award, and an official tour program for David Gilmour’s About Face Tour, 1984
