The watch has the iconic hand-guilloché dial with 4-styles of patterning, and an openwork tourbillon to display the seconds, bringing life to the stately watch. Subtly, the leap year indication is featured in a small aperture on the month indication wheel. Reference 3750 has a gold case with coin edging, straight lugs, and screwed spring bars to attach the strap.
