The present ref. 116618LB is preserved in very good overall condition and sold with the full set of accessories.

Reference 116618 was introduced at the 2008 Baselworld and replaced reference 16618. It is the firm’s first model featuring a bezel with ceramic or Cerachrom insert as opposed to the metal version of earlier generations. Ref. 116618 is available with either a blue (116618LB) or black (116618LN) bezel, with matching dial colour, beautifully contrasting with the yellow gold of the case and the bracelet.
