The Crash was first introduced in late 1967, available only in yellow gold and sold exclusively at Cartier of London. Modern variations were reintroduced in the early 1990s as limited editions with a special Crash deployant buckle. These highly desirable timepieces are no longer in production and this present lot is even more coveted as it has been fitted with a unique customized burgundy dial specially made for the original owner.
With Cartier Certificate, product literature, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
