depicts the house of the famous 19th Century actress in the fashionable suburb of Hohe Warte. Moll himself lived in the area during his years as co-founder of the Vienna Secession and later, as artistic manager of the celebrated avant-garde Galerie Miethke in Vienna. The houses and vineyards of the Hohe Warte were often the subject of his paintings, and although the composition is reminiscent of , 1904-1905 (Österreichische Galerie Belvedere, Vienna, inv. no. 5369), the relatively open brushstrokes in particular in the section of the trees indicates that the work dates from 1912-1914.
