Little Arthur, from Twelve Etchings from Nature: Two States (Kennedy 9)
two etchings, 1857-58, on laid paper, both fine impressions, Kennedy's third state (of five, before the plate was cut down), and K.'s fifth (final) state, both with wide margins (trimmed), (third state) with pale light-staining, minor surface soiling, pale scattered foxing, hinge remains in places at the reverse of the margin edges (slightly showing though), soft rippling along the left margin, (final state) with the palest light-staining, otherwise both in excellent condition
