Amy Cheng (鄭達敏)
Associate Vice President, Specialist | Chinese Paintings
Responsible for sourcing, sale curation and catalogue production, Amy works closely with local and international colleagues for the global development of Chinese Paintings market. She focuses on client advisory and research, and has developed strong relationships with private collectors, museum curators and trade clients across regions and sale categories. Amy joined Christie’s in 2009 as Associate Specialist Trainee. She began her career in the art world in Europe, working at Didier Aaron in London and another international auction house in Paris. She worked at HSBC in Hong Kong before moving to London to complete her M.A. in Fine and Decorative Arts at Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Amy speaks fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and French.
