NOTE :
Han Kang was a member of a wealthy family during the Han Dynasty. But he was reluctant to enter into power and often travelled to mountains where he picked medical herbs and sold them in the market. He did it for thirty years and never bargained with the buyers. Once, a lady tried to bargain with him as she knew that Han would accept whatever price offered. Han felt so ashamed that his name was noticed, he decided to remain secluded from society, shunning himself away as a hermit in Baling Mountain.
