Designed as a row of graduated round links, each centering upon a cabochon star ruby or cabochon ruby within a circular-cut diamond and ruby two-tiered frame, the center link opening to reveal a white circular dial with gold hands, joined by single-cut diamond x-shaped links, enhanced by circular-cut ruby and diamond florets, 7 ins., mounted in 18k gold
