With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with porcelain-white dial and Breguet numerals in 1988 and its subsequent sale on 18 May 1989. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box and outer packaging.
The celebrated "Officier" model was made to commemorate Patek Philippe's 150th Anniversary in April 1989. It was made in a limited edition of 2000 pieces in yellow gold, 150 pieces in white gold and 50 pieces in platinum.
Consigned by the descendants of the original owner, the present "Officier" wristwatch has never been offered at auction before and is believed to be the only 11th example of this reference to have appeared in public to date.
