The present watch stands out by its attractive two-tone dial and the very good, original overall condition.

The celebrated house of Hermès was established in 1837 by Thierry Hermès as a saddle shop in Paris. In the 1920s, the firm made its entry into watchmaking through its famous watch straps, followed by the retailing of watches made by Swiss manufacturers such as Tavannes, Movado, Vacheron Constantin and others.
