The central three-tiered stand flanked by two two-tiered stands, each level undecorated on the surface, the border and underside with the crests of five ribbon-tied arrows on a blue ground within a banner inscribed with the Latin motto Concordia Industria Integritas and of a gilt Gothic 'S' in an iron-red shield, each reserved on a ground of molded gilt-edged strapwork reserved on the green ground, the graduated tiers supported on a central stem with foliate scroll loop finial, the domed base in the Gothic style, supported on the backs of armorial lions holding shields inscribed with the same Gothic initial as found on the porcelain
