This watch is accompanied by a Blancpain presentation box.

This model by Blancpain is undoubtedly the most complicated watch the firm has ever produced in its long and illustrious history. Noted and revered the world over for its elegant and classical designs, this "1735 Grand Complication" perhaps embodies the most understated and uncluttered design with one of the most complicated wristwatch movements ever made. Based in Le Brassus and Villeret in the Vallee de Joux in Switzerland, the skilled craftsmen have managed to combine a beautifully aesthetic movement with the most complex of functions. Taking over six years to develop, they brought together all the functions of six different watches from their "Masterpiece Collection" and majestically intertwined into one sumptuous wristwatch.

The "1735 Grand Complication" is limited to just 30 pieces ever produced worldwide and each watch takes 18 months to produce, and reputedly only two Swiss watchmakers in the world are trained to manufacture this watch today.

This is the first time such a watch has ever been offered for auction in Asia.
