A portion of the proceeds of lots 131-133 will benefit Folly Wildlife Rescue in Tunbridge Wells, a charity proudly supported by Jeff Beck during his lifetime alongside his wife Sandra and close friend Johnny Depp, who continue to act as patrons.
Andrés Mariani (B. 1970) lives and practices in his homeland Argentina, having spent over 12 years in Europe, living in cities such as Berlin, Dublin, and Barcelona, where he established his atelier in the Gothic Quarter. He currently operates a gallery-atelier in Puerto Madero and an art studio in A.F.A.'s facilities in Ezeiza. His work, primarily using acrylic and oil on canvas, centres around “a constant quest for dynamic expression”, which he achieves by combining abstraction alongside figurative elements through palette knife and brushwork techniques. The methods of this signature style known as "Marianitis" draws influence from his time in Europe, particularly taking inspiration from the textures and aesthetic of European classical architecture. His paintings aim to provoke profound reflection and emotional connection. He has held several solo exhibitions and has dedicated works to other celebrated individuals, including Lionel Messi and Pope Francis.

Located on the Broadwater Forest near Tunbridge Wells in Kent, Folly Wildlife Rescue is a registered charity dedicated to the rescue, care, veterinary treatment, and rehabilitation of injured, orphaned, sick and distressed wild animals and birds.
We see around 3500 wildlife casualties per year, and our aim alongside our dedicated staff and volunteers, is to rehabilitate and return as many of them as possible back to the wild.
Folly Wildlife Rescue receives no government or lottery funding and relies on the kindness and generosity of public donations, grants, legacies, and its own fundraising activities.
