Cal. 19.80 mechanical jewelled movement, bimetallic compensation balance, finely decorated bridges, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer five minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, circular case, both sides finely engraved with horse riding and landscape scenes, case, cuvette and movement numbered, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

With Longines original fitted presentation box and Extract from the Archives confirming that the movement of the present watch was invoiced on 9 October 1912 to Perusset & Didisheim, then Longines' agent in Argentina. It was aimed to be fitted in an 18K hunter pocket watch, the case produced in Argentina under Longines license.
