A LARGE LONGQUAN CELADON 'TWIN FISH' DISH
YUAN DYNASTY (1279-1368)
With thickly potted sides and a broad everted rim, the interior with two moulded fish encircled by an incised scroll band, the exterior carved with a stiff lotus petal band, all but the foot rim covered in a thick celadon glaze
14 in. (35.5 cm.) diam.
Provenance
The Private collection of a European family acquired in the 1970s and early 1980s.
