In new original wooden case, supplied by the Château in Jan 2012. One discoloured capsule. Four slightly bin-soiled labels, two replacement labels. Levels: two 3cms, two 3.5cms, one 4cms and one 4.5cms below base of corks
Tasting note: Several notes, monumental, multi-dimensional. Most recently a mellow-looking magnum; rich, original, mocha, medicinal; dramatic, powerful, tobacco, rustic character, very tannic. Masculine as opposed to the elegant Haut-Brion. Last tasted Oct. 2006 ***** M.B.
