Prints & Multiples

The April Prints and Multiples sale includes over 300 lots spanning the 20^th and 21^st centuries. The sessions on Wednesday, 17 April will feature a strong selection of Post-War and Contemporary prints by Andy Warhol, David Hockney and Helen Frankenthaler, among others. The sale of Modern Prints will begin on Thursday, April 18th and is comprised of property from notable collections including States of Mind: Important Prints by Pablo Picasso, Edvard Munch, and Henri Matisse and The Arrogant Eye: Prints from The Collection of the Late Larry Saphire. Additional Modern highlights include a complete set of Henri Matisse’s Jazz and Flûtiste et Dormeuse IX, an example of Pablo Picasso’s celebrated monotypes.

The auction view will be open to the public at Christie’s New York galleries from 13 -17 April, 2019.
