申请流程
逐步了解求职过程
- 搜寻空缺职位,然后于网上提交求职申请。我们的招聘团队会逐一检视每份申请。
- 成功通过筛选的求职者会获邀参加面试,以便我们加深了解。我们可能会要求求职者先进行视像评估,以便对求职者有更深入了解。
- 我们通常会邀请合适的求职者参加额外的面试,与部分准同事见面,了解日后一同工作的团队。
- 当确定人选后,我们会先作出口头通知,然后向对方发出正式合约。
- 如果对方决定加入佳士得,人力资源部便会进行背景审查。
- 完成背景审查后,便会确认聘用,我们亦期待新成员加入团队。
- 在入职前,新同事会收到一封欢迎电邮,当中包含入职第一天所需的详细资讯。
